The property is so beautiful! It is wonderful and so serene. The staff is so accommodating and sweet natured. I had such a great time. I would definitely stay here again because of the value for the money.

It's extremely far from the actual Ninh Binh that has all of the action. It is a remote location that is about 45 minutes away from bars, and nightlife. No food will deliver to this location- so you are stuck relying on the food and restaurants there. Restaurants at this location close at 8:30pm. Nothing can be bought for food after that time. There is a vending machine that takes exact dollar. It will not give you change- and it does not state that on the machine. So be careful with that as well!

So many activities on the resort, the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing.

Some of the restaurants only accepted cash, a card less option for all places would’ve been great.

Felt like an abandoned resort. Was no where near anything. felt like we couldn’t do any of the tours we wanted etc as it was run from Hanoi, Ended up forfeiting our whole nights accommodation and getting a grab back to Hanoi

My room was spacious, clean and very nice view. Bed was comfortable

At night too dark around when you are walking. Need some light with sensors when people walking

The service was superb, and grounds were beautiful but the buildings have not been well maintained and the overall standard felt below 5*. We had outstanding help with organising our travels and touring, and we are grateful for the outstanding service we received, but the grounds need to be renovated.

Stuff was really helpful and gave you information around hanoi and very friendly.Room is so quiet and confutable.

There was unfortunately not much to like about the property.

The property is in a very bad shape and not maintained. It probably was great when new but now it looks like it has not been maintained for years. There were ants in the bed in one of our rooms. This is presented as a 5 star hotel in Booking app but I can hardly give it more than 1 star. The staff is not to blame they were extremely nice and helpful. Wyndham hotel chain should either renovate it or close it .

A beautiful place, with huge potential, but and it is big, the maintenance is poor, the first day we arrived we discovered someone else in our villa, we informed the reception and moved us to another villa, the next day we returned in the evening and discovered that most of the guests had left the hotel and darkened the entire complex, a complete blackout, even in the courtyard of our villa there was no lighting, only in the villa itself. Early in the morning the electricity was cut off and we woke up because the air conditioners stopped working. We were there for 2 nights and did not enjoy it despite the potential of the place, keep in mind that it is also far from the center, about 40 minutes drive, no value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa resort. The rooms were spotless, and the services exceeded our expectations—everything from check-in, arranging buggies, booking tours in Trang An, ordering food at the Bamboo Restaurant, to even reserving a mineral bath for the whole family was handled smoothly. They even helped return forgotten belongings after our stay!Special thanks to Anh from sales and Steven, the guest service manager, who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of.The Bamboo Restaurant is a highlight—beautifully designed with stunning mountain views and located beside a vast swimming pool. Our family loved staying in the private pool villa, which made our holiday even more special.Though the resort is located away from the city center, it’s close to Cuc Phuong National Park, where we enjoyed a fascinating night tour to see fireflies. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and spotless in every corner.We would absolutely recommend this resort to friends visiting Vietnam. A peaceful, well-serviced retreat surrounded by nature!

The food (breakfast and Dinner A La carte menu) was not that great and we were expecting more from a 5* hotel

Location is well off the beaten track if you want to avoid city life. Being a resort rather than just a hotel everything you need is here however there is a beautiful park about 15 minutes away if you need to escape the resort. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was good but not exceptional. Breakfast was more aimed at local guests but some items for westerners too. Staff here are exceptional. Zung in particular was outstanding. She helped organise everything from picking us up to organising some tours even helping us get to the atm in the next down. Steve the resort manager regularly circulated during meal times to check guests were happy.

Being a very large resort there were a lot of people there and it got very busy and noisy in public areas. Local guests love their karaoke and this tended to start throughout the resort from around 8 amWe booked a bungalow but there is no sound insulation whatsoever so our first night we got no sleep due to babies crying people coming back late from the bar and talking until the small hours. Then we heard every toilet visit before being woken up at 6 by kids playing. To their credit the management team dealt with this very professionally and we were moved to a much quieter area of the resort where we got some rest and relaxation.

The restaurant was very poor, very limited menu and only drinks on offer were beer and juice.

Staff at this resort are truly exceptional and especially Anh and Zung took care of everything including planning my Ninh Binh trips and every requests were immediately attended and these ladies go above and beyond in serving their customers . I was overwhelmed by their customer service and give 10/10

Wifi was slow and wish in the restaurant they had more vegetarian options for lunch and dinners .

The hotel is in a pretty location and the lady who helped us An was really helpful and nice.

Everything else. I can’t stress how odd this hotel is - please don’t stay here if you are expecting anything other than a 2 or 3 star hotel. It is like it has been a nice hotel, but is now like a ghost hotel and very neglected. The restaurant is poor and the villa was remote from the main site - with no one in adjoining villas it felt quite creepy. It wasn’t clean either. I wouldn’t say it was that bad if we the rate it was worth, but we paid 5 star rates and that is what we expected, so I felt conned. The location is pretty but also not great as quite far from the attractions people come to see. To add to the oddness at 5.30am we were woken up by an hour of news broadcast on a loud speaker over the whole resort. I felt we couldn’t stay another night so checked out and to be fair to the hotel management we did only pay for the one night. Another review commented the hotel has a lot of large conference groups and I can see this is the case. It is not for tourists.

We’ve spend just a one night unfortunately but Anh made it unforgettable. She’s so nice and helpful. Thank you for everything. The hotel was almost empty but after few days in Hanoi it was a great silence.:)

Lush vegetation, very nice view from balcony, super friendly staff helping us with many things, especially miss Anh. Clean, nice design. Very good pumpkin soup. The manager was present in the morning, asking clients how they feel about their stay. They arranged our transfer as well

There were few turists since I understood it was during weektime, and not much to do, but that is not necessarly a bad thing: you can just relax and enjoy nature.

What I like is the great staff. Ann and Steve are super helpful and nice. What I don’t like is the hotel, it is far far far away in another Galaxy under the fooling label on Nimh Binh. The hotel is tasteless with ugly concrete structures except for the bamboo restaurant which was beautiful but the food is not near a 5 star standard.
